    7 p.m.— 8:30 p.m.

    Finding Freedom is a 9-week discussion group for those struggling to experience freedom in Christ, whether from unhelpful patterns in their life or severe addiction.

    Grieving With Hope Fall Care Group 2016

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    If you are grieving the loss of a loved one and would welcome help from the Bible and the warm encouragement of others in similar circumstances, join us for an eight-week care group.

    "Ask the Doctors" Dinner

    6:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Anyone age 50+ is invited for dinner Friday, September 23 in the Venue, followed by presentations by two doctors and the chance to ask health related questions. Cost is $10.00

    Standpoint Fall 2016 Kickoff Cookout

    4 p.m.— 7 p.m.

    If you are a college-age person who is studying/working in the area, join us on Saturday, Spetember 24th for our Fall Kickoff Cookout at 4pm! We'll be meeting up at Solon Park by the pavillion area for some burgers, volleyball, and Ultimate. Hope to see you there.

    Sunday Morning Groups

    9 a.m.

    Our Sunday morning groups are an opportunity to learn and fellowship together with a smaller group of people from various life stages. Each group is taught by a member of our pastoral team.

    Children's Music Ministry

    9 a.m.— 9:30 a.m.

    Children's Music Ministry is open to all children from age 4 through 5th grade who love to sing. Reading ability is helpful but not required.

    U-Turn

    9:45 a.m.— 11 a.m.

    U-turn is the Sunday morning middle school gathering which takes place in the lower level of the Commons, room B020, during the 9:45am service. Our time together is centered on the teaching of the Bible, accompanied by hanging out and some brief announcements.

    Foundations of The Faith

    9:45 a.m.— 10:45 a.m.

    This 10-week course explores the essentials of the Christian faith. Whether you are new to faith in Christ, new to Parkside Church or desire a greater understanding of basic Christian belief, this will be a benefit to you. This is an ongoing 10-week series taught by the elders and may be joined at any time. The course meets Sunday mornings at 9:45am in room A202

    Nursery Workers' Orientation

    11 a.m.— 12:15 p.m.

    All nursery workers are highly encouraged to attend this orientation. We have many things to go over and will provide coffee, tea, water and a breakfast item.

    Missions Prayer Time

    5 p.m.— 5:45 p.m.

    A weekly prayer meeting is held on Sunday evenings from 5-5:45 pm. Each week focuses on a different missionary family or missionary partner. Come join us as we partner with our missionaries by praying regularly for them.

    2016 Men's Golf Classic

    9 a.m.— 3 p.m.

    The annual Men's Golf Classic will be held at The Tanglewood Club with registration/check-in at 8:00am and tee off time at 9:00am. Registration is on-line or you can pick up a registration/brochure at any information desk and turn it in to the church office. Cost is $80 per player. A steak luncheon will be served at the end of play along with prizes according to the day's play. There will also be coffee and donuts at check-in and snacks and beverages on the course included in the registration fee.

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    All men are invited to our Monday Evening Bible Studies that meet in The Venue from 7-9pm. We will be studying Romans. We meet in the Venue from 7-8pm for a large group teaching time and then break into small groups for discussion, prayer and fellowship from 8-9pm. Refreshments are available at each study. You can register on-line or the first evening you attend study. Cost is $10 for the study and an additional $5 if you would like a notebook.

    Transit Young Adults Group

    7:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Parkside's Transit ministry is designed for young adults, single or married, ages 22-35. We offer a smaller-scale, mid-week, age-targeted contemporary worship event on Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm, at the Loft.

    6:30 a.m.— 7:30 a.m.

    All men are invited to our Thursday Morning Bible Studies that meet in The Venue from 6:30-7:30am. We will be studying Romans. This is a great time to study the Bible with other men at the start of the day before heading off to work. A continental breakfast and coffee will be served at each study. You can register on-line or the first morning you attend study. Cost is $10 for the study and an additional $5 if you would like a notebook.
