• Praise for gospel impact by the Parkside dental team in Peru for 10 days in May serving alongside our Equipping Servants pastoral training team in Huánuco.

• Praise for the 120 Equipping Servants pastors who attended a weekend retreat at Camp Yungas in La Paz in June dealing with the topic of “Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock in which the Lord has made you overseers”.

• Praise for the 300 graduates from different levels of Equipping Servants training in Bolivia in June. Pray for the 800 active participants in Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru, and for the 1500 total graduates since 2002, that each church/ministry leader will grow in their desire to honor Christ by being true to His Scriptures discipling believers and reaching the lost with the gospel.

• We plan to start Equipping Servants in Uruguay in August, and to train key pastors from Bogota, Colombia and Cajamarca, Peru in October, and to train Tacana Indian church leaders in the jungle region of La Paz in September. Pray that we will help church leaders better study, teach and preach the Bible to more effectively disciple believers and mobilize the church to reach the least-reached of Latin America -- so that no one will live or die without hearing the Good News of Jesus.

• Pray for God’s supply for the 2500 Pastor Book Sets needed between now and 2020 to open Equipping Servants in 5 new Latin American countries in the next 5 years in our effort to place Pastor Book Sets in the hands of pastors and church leaders around Latin America and Africa – and train them in the use of these materials.

• Pray that Equipping Servants participants will grow in their love for Jesus with a growing commitment to live on the basis of Christ’s righteousness in obedience to God’s Word.

• Pray for Pastor Tomas Diaz as he works with 5 groups of Equipping Servants pastors in Loja, Ecuador. God is using the study of Romans to impact many lives and churches in southern Ecuador.

• Pray for Pastor Edwin Callejas as he works with 4 groups of Equipping Servants pastors in Huánuco, Peru.

• Pray for Pastor Pepe Rocha that God will help him in his passion for Christ in his pastoral ministry in the ILC Church in La Paz, Bolivia.

• Pray for Pastor Javier Soliz that God will guide and grant wisdom as he trains pastors in 6 Equipping Servants groups, and works to plant a new church in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and trains 3 PA volunteers.

• Pray for Pastor Freddy Choque leading 4 Equipping Servants ministry in the city of El Alto, Bolivia.

• Pray for Sami and Heather as they develop a ministry of Biblical counseling in churches in La Paz. Praise for the good growth of their year-and-a-half-old son, Ethan! Heather’s due date at the end of August -- baby #2!!

• Pray for Katie, working as a nurse at the Cleveland Clinic and serving God where she is.

• Pray for Andrew and Angie (children Nicole, Camille, Zack) in Cleveland. Pray for Andrew finishing his second year at Parkside church as a Missionary-In-Training. Pray for them as they take steps toward church planting in Uruguay with SIM.
