Answer:

The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin, comforts us, guides us, gives us spiritual gifts and the desire to obey God; and he enables us to pray and to understand God’s Word.

We extend our sympathy to Joe Eisenhuth and his family upon the death of his father, Gary Eisenhuth; and to Carol Roberts and her family upon the death of her father, Walter Asbeck.

Health Concerns
Bev Carpenter, Gail Dienes, Al Hancock,  Nora Hancock, Darlene Houry, Laura O’Connor, and Gary Tilly.

Chris and Leanne Harrington in Japan
Please pray for the community of Shichigahama. The Harringtons are teaming up with the Ueno (Satoshi and Nozomi) family in planting a church in that area of Japan. The church is currently in the embryonic stages, but they have already started to get into the community in many different ways. Pray the Lord blesses this community in a way Alistair used the word “bless” in a sermon awhile back. He was speaking of blessing our neighbors and enemies. What is the best way we could bless others? By sharing the greatest free gift ever given. Pray the people of Shichigahama will receive the gospel for God’s glory.
