- Details: Johannes and his wife are well again and most grateful for our prayers, support, and concern. Parkside donations made last month for their COVID-19 response have brought a positive message of Christianity to more than 100 families. The impact has made their community desire to come to church in large numbers to hear the word of God. Unfortunately, in most cases they have had to send some people away because of the pandemic limit of 50 people. At the Center more than a hundred children come to the Good News Club to sing, pray, and hear the Word of God every Wednesday. Pray that these children will commit their lives to Christ. Their plan for reaching the youth through sports is moving forward since the national lockdown is at a less restrictive level. Please pray for wisdom in this venture. Thank God that the Good News Club for elderly people continues to have a positive impact. Please pray for God’s protection for the Thaele family as their children have started back to school. French Guiana (Latin America). The most responsive peoples are Haitians, Antilleans, Hmong, Amerindian tribal people, Brazilians, and the interior bush tribes (Maroon). Pray for a cooperative spirit among evangelicals and for continued unifying influence, especially among ministers.
