- Details: Pray for God’s continued peace as they progress through the blending process with Cross Point Church. They are thankful for their new brothers and sisters in Christ and the spirit of unity reminding them that together they are the body of Christ. Please pray that many would participate in their Community Groups this fall growing together in knowledge and in truth. Venezuela (Latin America). Mission work by evangelicals is difficult. Obtaining visas for religious purposes is often a battle in faith; the government increasingly refuses applications and the process is slowing. Expats are now all but prohibited from evangelizing Amerindian groups. But there is a great need for more missionaries for urban church planting and Bible teaching ministries.
