- Details: Thank God for the first graduation at the Bhopal Anugrah Ashram! The first one-month residential Christian Foundations Course was held in February. 11 students from the state of Madhya Pradesh were discipled in their faith, in the Word of God and in understanding of the life and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. Pray for the one year Ashram Bible Course that will begin in July. The building is being renovated and refurbished to accommodate more students. Pray for the 20 men supported by Parkside as they travel throughout Northern India preaching and teaching the gospel. Pray that God will protect them and provide many opportunities for David, Mani, Amar, Benjamin, Gabriel, Kalap, Suresh, Vinay, Desh, Ram, Anil, Dilip, Kamlesh, Rajendra, James, Shiv, Rajesh, Dinesh, Bhim and Sanjay to share Christ. Pray for God’s wisdom and guidance for Isaac Shaw and the rest of the DBI leadership team of Ramrajh, Namgyal, Abuan, Andrews, Punam, Basant, Samuel and Yogatah as they oversee the ministry. Kiribati (Pacific). The once-strong Congregational Church (Kiribati Protestant) is in slow decline and losing members to other groups. The theological college in Tarawa is not evangelical. Pray for a return to the Bible. Nominalism and syncretism with traditional spiritist practices are all too common.
