Details: Praise the Lord that Star, a part of the New Horizons Housing Program, was able to move into her house in time for Christmas. Thank God for the donations and outpouring of volunteer help during the holiday season, enabling the ministry to help the hurting and homeless. Pray that volunteers would become involved long-term in this important work. Eleven new hires were made in Nov. and need our prayers. Please pray for Crossroads and Laura’s Home as they transition to a more robust data system. Pray that God would bless it as a tool for serving their clients in new and better ways. Finally, pray for solutions to needs in the areas of food service and security. Jammu & Kashmir, State of India (Asia). Persecution is a common reaction to rapid Christian growth. Angry and even violent responses from families and communities can see converts ostracized and even kicked-out of homes or villages. Missionaries can also be on the receiving end of violent opposition, particularly when they are not sensitive in their means of evangelism.
