Details: This fall they have enjoyed getting to gather, learn, and grow together through a variety of groups and events. Many have enjoyed participating in community groups, a handful have been participating in a Gentle & Lowly book study, a group of women have been meeting together monthly for a time of encouragement, and children and student ministries continue to faithfully press on. As they look ahead to Christmas, they are excited about their annual Christmas Store that allows them to serve over 100 families in the community with stockings, gift cards, and Christmas presents. Please pray that families would encounter the gospel through this ministry and that some of them might even join them for a Christmas Eve service. Mali (Africa). Population: 16,767,115 Believers: 0.7%. Islam in Mali tends to be moderate and uniquely West African. The large majority practice a tolerant brand of Islam that incorporates elements of African traditional religions and superstitious folk practices. Large amounts of aid from Libya and Saudi Arabia keep the population further tied to Islam.
