We are seeking to add a Private Duty Manager to our team. The Private Duty Manager will be responsible to provide direction, coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services to home care clients in a safe, cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Oversees private duty home care operations Ensures the provision of the highest quality of care in home Actively contributes to and enhances business development efforts Participates in attracting and retaining top quality team members to ensure the effectiveness of the staffing program Job Requirements: Prior management experience is preferred. Prior experience in home care is a plus. Strong desire for operational excellence Prior sales experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Possess a desire to learn and grow both personally and as a professional Clinical experience such as a nurse, nursing assistant, therapist or any other clinical arena is a plus but not required How to apply?
