The Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). Responsibilities include but not limited to: Creatively uses existing tools and new ideas to identify and attract high quality team members Manages recruiting process and ensures achievement of staffing goals Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Work with other HR team to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process Job Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma Previous recruiting or sales experience is a strong plus Must be a self-starter and able to work independently Cheerful personality and ability to work harmoniously with other personnel Organized, possess strong communication skills and attention to detail How to apply?
