These menus are a guideline as to what kind of meal you might bring. We do not assign specific meals, but you may be asked what you intend to bring so that, when possible, we can avoid providing the family with several similar meals in a row.

As a general guideline please bring meals that are ready to serve (i.e. cook rice and noodles so that they only need to be waremed). Our goal is to limit a new mother's work load, so when possible, elimiate steps in the serving of the meal.
