Favoritism - No Small Sin

Evening Service
Mar 1, 2015

Is there such thing as a "small" sin? We tend to think of favoritism as a minor infraction compared to other sin, but James tells us that by breaking one part of the law we are guilty of breaking all of it. Though we are incapable of keeping the law of God perfectly, Christ's sacrifice achieved for us what we could not do for ourselves. This message calls Christians to treat all people equally and to show mercy in light of who God is and what he has done through the sacrifice of his Son, Jesus.

James 2:8-13
