You can step out in faith and get involved in reaching the lost by joining the core team of the church plant in Lake County. Or you can commit to assist in the plant in any way you can, if presented with an opportunity.

Here are the steps to follow if you are interested in becoming a member at PKS. 1) Attend all three weeks of the Parkside Profile Course 2) This application may be completed and submitted after the final session of the membership class 3) After turning in the application, there is an interview scheduled with two of our Elders 4) After the interview, the membership approval is made at an upcoming Elder meeting 5) After approval, a letter of welcome is sent to the new member 6) About once a quarter, we welcome new members publicly in an evening service
How can you be involved with the church plant without moving to Lake County? Commit to praying for the plant and the vision to reach Lake County for Christ. By signing up to become a prayer partner, you will receive a monthly email with updates from the plant and ways to pray as the church moves forward.

Our goal is to inspire children to run like Joshua, a great Old Testament champion of the faith whose obedience to the Lord points us to Christ. We’ll see how joining God’s team and pursuing wholehearted obedience to Him makes us true champions.
