At the start of 2011, Parkside's leadership team presented their vision for Building into the Next Generation which rests squarely on the importance of gospel relationships. As God continues to guide our steps towards fulfilling this vision, we are blessed to have the opportunity to extend our reach for gospel growth through the establishment of a regional church in Lake County.

Alistair's Sabbatical

In January, February and March of 2012 Pastor Alistair Begg will be on sabbatical for a time of rejuvenation and refreshment. Please be in prayer for both Alistair and those on the pastoral team who will be caring for the preaching responsibilities in his absence.

This past Sunday, our church family took another step toward envisioning Parkside’s future by introducing the booklet, Building Into the Next Generation: Extending our Reach for Gospel Growth.
In his sermon, A Call to Commitment, Alistair helped anchor the ideas presented in the booklet by asking the question, “Are you all in?” The implication being, are we, like the church in Romans 12:1-2, willing to give up our time, resources, energy, and all of our life to God for the sake of the Gospel?
