To most of us, the idea of a "night out" gets us thinking of going out to dinner, to the movies, or maybe even to a party.  For parents' with special needs children, a night out might better be thought of as a "night off," a rare event that lets them catch their breath.  Or not...

With long, confident strides and an outstretched hand, 18-year-old Chagrin Falls High School senior and member of Parkside Church, Kirsten Stevenson greets me with a friendly smile and firm handshake. After briefly getting to know Kirsten, it is easy to see why she was tapped as a student leader to participate in this year's drunk-driving awareness assembly, "Your Life, Your Choice,"  organized by the Chagrin Falls Police Department and held at Parkside Church this past Tuesday.

Parkside missionary Kathy Maenner has just returned from her missions work in La Paz, Bolivia. Recently, Kathy sat down with Pastor Scott Kennedy to talk about her life and work in Bolivia, a few cultural differences between the Americas, and how she safely navigated Bolivia's treacherous "Death Road."

On Sunday, March 28, 2010, Keith and Kristyn Getty will conclude their current 8-month-long, U.S. tour at Parkside Church in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.  The concert starts at 7 p.m. and will feature songs from their new album, Awaken the Dawn, as well as some of their older songs.
