An Update
We thank you for your overwhelming generosity and wanted to update you on the response of your efforts. The prayer and financial investments you made in the Parkside/SRBC Christmas Project produced multiple blessings. Comments such as, “Thank you!” “Thank you so much!” “I really like all my presents!” were heard many times at the Good News Kids’ Christmas party. Although each child received multiple gifts, the appropriately sized coats, hats, and gloves were the biggest hit! We heard many wonderful stories. One child couldn’t believe that all the presents in his container were just for him. For one young man, this was his first new coat. We had a few extra coats because several of the families had moved away. God provided opportunities for those coats to be given to needy unchurched neighborhood children along with a strong invitation to come to Scranton Road Bible Church. Thank you for your part in this ministry! May God continue to work in the hearts of these children.
