Give Bible Mesh a Try

Have you ever wondered how you can increase your knowledge of the Bible? This week, we're excited to bring a new Bible literacy website to your attention and give you an opportunity to be involved in helping finalize the site.

This new site, called BibleMesh, brings together short videos, written text, a variety of maps, and interactive e-learning, with short, multiple-choice quizzes designed to enhance memory-retention. There's also a social-networking component for those who would like to join in. The content spans seven eras of Scripture history, including the time between the Old and New Testaments. The site will be translated into a number of languages, including French, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, and Hindi.

Our senior pastor, Alistair Begg, has been involved in this project, and so we've been given an opportunity to help "Beta-Test" the site before it goes live to to the public.

Here are the details:

1) We are looking for individuals who have 1-2 hours per week for four weeks in November to experiment with the site, then complete a questionnaire.

2) We need 1-2 people to coordinate the volunteers from Parkside and to work with the team at Kairos Journal.

3) All beta testers will receive a free, 2-year subscription to BibleMesh, including new lessons that will be added.

To learn more or to get a flavor of what the site will be, check out the preview video for the site.  If you are interested in being a beta tester, or would like more information, email us at pks@parksidechurch.com.

Please pray that this website would be used to spread the Gospel around the world!
