Pastor Jaime Cruz
Jaime is a pastor in the Altiplano city of Oruro. He has been a pastor for 21 years, and has been a participant in ESI (Equipping Servants Internship) for the past 3 years. He often shares how ESI has helped him develop the habit & conviction of studying God’s Word regularly, and how this has transformed his life & ministry. Jaime will be opening ESI in the city of Potosi in July. For the next 2.5 years he will be travelling 7 hours every Monday to Potosi, then 7 hours back on Monday nights. Please pray for safety as he travels over dangerous roads. Jaime suffers from an auto-immune disease, so he does this at great sacrifice to himself and his family.
PRAYER & PRAISE
- For ESI’s (Equipping Servants Internship) 280 graduates, & 220 weekly participants across Bolivia. Pray that pastors & church leaders meeting weekly will have their lives transformed as they learn to think, live, & serve Biblically.
- For 5 regional ESI pastors conferences in planned for August & Sept.
- For Kep & Pepe’s 8 PAs (Pastoral Assistants) in the ILC Church: Edgar,Juan, Jacob, Lucho, Mache, Jose, Tomas & Mauro. Pray for Edgar (pastor of IBM Church) as he equips his 3 PAs (Javier, Freddy, Edwin). For Miguel Torrez (ILC Church missionary) encouraging believers in Taca
- For Debbie’s work of evangelizing, encouraging & equipping women.
- For Pepe Rocha, senior pastor of ILC Church, that God will grant him wisdom in his pastoral ministry.
- For Heather, as she teaches & counsels in La Paz.
- For Katie studying nursing in Cleveland.
- For Andrew & Angie living & working in Valley Stream, Long Island. Pray that God will guide them to a good church in the area, and for God’s leading as Andrew continues sensing God’s call on his life for pastoral ministry.
