People sometimes ask what a typical day looks like for us in Bolivia. Our May 2013 Update describes this. Thank you for praying for us and the work here in Bolivia, and as it expands around Latin America!

• Pray for Sami and Heather working in the city of Santa Cruz in a Biblical counseling outreach to young people called Café Alfarero. They are seeing good fruit in evangelism and discipleship.

Hello from Bolivia!
Since we got back Bolivia a month ago there are so many good things God has been doing! This Update reports advancement in ESI (Equipping Servants pastoral training) in Ecuador and Peru. And you have to hear the amazing story of Miguel, a former Communist.
more >• Praise for the good start of ESI / PA ministry, and women’s ministry in La Paz.
• Pray for the ESI (Equipping Servants) participants throughout Bolivia, in Loja, Ecuador, in Oaxaca, Mexico and in Huánuco, Peru. Currently we have 700 active participants involved in weekly training, and 743 graduates since we started ESI in 2002. Please pray that churches will be transformed as pastors and church leaders learn to honor Christ by being true to His Word.

more >Hi! A quick note asking you to pray for Angie's (Andrew's husband) dad in Bolivia --his name is Jorge. He lost his job yesterday. This is part of the trend by the Bol govt to nationalize businesses that are successful.

We have been in the States for several weeks visiting family and friends, and tomorrow we arrive in Cleveland, Ohio until after Christmas.
The Bolivian leadership team at the ILC Church in La Paz reports that things are going well and growing. The ESi (Equipping Servants pastoral training) groups in Bolivia, Ecuador and Mexico are moving forward. It was a tremendous encouragement for me being with so many of our ESI participants and graduates in Loja, Ecuador and then 3 States in Mexico (Chiapas, Hidalgo and Oaxaca) in September and October -- hearing reports of how pastors and church leaders are growing in their commitment to the sufficiency of Christ and His Word -- wanting to honor Christ by being true to His Scriptures.
