Praise God with them that Patti was able to travel in May to meet their two youngest grandchildren and see each of their four adult children. Details: Praise God for the women and men who came to the follow-up talk after the Ladies’ Breakfast. Their colleague Jonathan’s father showed beautiful pictures and talked about gardening and God’s care for the world and for us. This was the first time men were also invited to the meeting. Details: Pray for good closure to the semester at the language center for this season, so that most of the students will continue on in the Fall semester. Pray for the transition of daughter Elizabeth, who will be moving to live with Mike and Cindy in June.  She will study her senior year at an international school in the capital city of the country where they are working. Details: Pray for the graduation ceremony planned for June 7th for those finishing the fifth semester of Equipping Servants Internship (ESI) studies. Pray for safety for Edgar as he makes bi-weekly bus trips (14 hours round trip) to visit ESI groups in Pachuca, and for Neri as he makes monthly trips (20 hours round trip) to Oaxaca to visit ESI groups. Details: Thank God with them that Joe has finally been accepted into the research project that is testing a new cancer medication. Although the pills seem to leave him tired at times, his reaction to them has been basically good. Please pray that he is receiving the real cancer medication and not the placebo.
