- Details: Praise God for safety during son Ben’s recent training in California. His is now in Savannah, GA, preparing to deploy to Afghanistan early this month. Pray for Jeffrey and Katherine as they travel to see him, help him wrap up his affairs, and say goodbye. This tour of duty is for nine months. After a “vision trip” in January they are praying for confirmation from the Lord regarding His will for them to return to the people among whom they previously served for eight years. - Details: Pray for the ESI participants throughout Bolivia, Mexico, and now in Ecuador. There are currently 614 active participants involved in weekly training, and 456 Graduates since the program began in 2002. Pray for the graduates as they work in their local churches, that churches will be transformed as these leaders learn to honor Christ by being true to His Scriptures, and as they learn to rely on the sufficiency of God’s Word. - Details: They are thankful for your prayers. God has been growing Bobby through his seminary classes and Julie in her study of ancient Greek. Another way they are growing is that Julie is in the last 2 months of pregnancy with the baby due at the end of March! Pray for minimal discomfort for her during this time. - Details: By God’s grace AIS continues to be a fast growing mission that is spreading the Good News into new countries each year. In 2011 they saw the addition of new work in Mongolia, The Netherlands, Serbia and Chile! They have had one appointment with an oncologist in Vienna, will soon have some repeat testing, and will go back for a consultation later this month.
