Young Families

Parents Date Night is a ministry to parents with children from birth-5th grade. It gives them a night away from their parental duties to enjoy a “Date Night” dinner, movie, or quiet evening at home.  Our hope is that it will also give parents the opportunity to go on a double-date to build relationships with other couples for encouragement or evangelism by inviting friends, neighbors, or coworkers with kids to take advantage of childcare. Children will enjoy playtime, Bible stories, movies, and a snack.

Registration is required by the Wednesday prior and will be capped at 100 kids.

volunteer

Without volunteers, we could not make Parents Date Night happen!  Please consider returning the favor of the evening to other families by volunteering to help just 1 or 2 evenings out of a year.  Contact Rachel at rpeteya@parksidechurch.com to be added to the volunteer list.

Kids getting restless being cooped up inside?  Bring them to the Young Families* Play Day to run off some energy!  We'll have inflatables for the older kids and a soft play area for the toddlers and crawlers.  March's Play Day will be Saturday March 19th from 4-7pm at the Warehouse in Solon.  We will provide a main dish and ask that you bring along a side dish. Please RSVP to Rachel at rpeteya@parksidechurch.com.
