College

The holiday season has come and gone... and in a college student's world, it means the spring semester will be fastly approaching.  But along with the daunting reality of returning to classes, there is the relieving thought of Standpoint gearing up as well.

Standpoint LIFE Group will resume Sunday January 9th at 11:15am in room 224.  Join us as we continue to look at First Corinthians.

Then Standpoint Small Group will begin again on Thursday January 20th!

This semester, small group will meet on the first and third Thursdays of the month at Rachel's apartment (email rpeteya@parksidechurch.com for address/directions) to study the Word of God together in a more discussion-oriented environment.

What about the second and fourth Thursdays?  Those are purposefully set apart for you to pursue relationships and share the love of Christ with others.  Take advantage of the evening to spend with friends, co-workers, or family.

A Christmas party with Antawn Jamison, Daniel Gibson, and Coach Byron Scott?

Well, technically they'll be on the court playing some basketball while we're up in the stands cheering them on, but it is Holiday Celebration night at The Q!

Join Standpoint as we celebrate Christmas with the Cavs Monday December 20th.

Meet at Parkside at 6pm to ride up together. Feel free to invite friends or come if you are home for Christmas Break!

This Thursday, November 18th will be the last small group of the semester.  Come join us as we talk about next semester!

Free Chick-fil-A! I knew that would get your attention. This Thursday instead of Bible Study at Rachel's apartment, we will be enjoying some free food at the Chick-fil-A in Macedonia. Meet us there at 7:30pm and bring some friends!

I hope that everything is going well with you as you make the transition back to school for the fall semester! I’m praying that this semester will be one of growth, encouragement, and fruitfulness.  As you may or may not be aware, we have been going through some transitions of our own here at Parkside...

Standpoint's Summer ConneXion will not be meeting this Friday August 27th as originally planned.  Please join us as we kick off the fall season on Sunday September 12th, first at LIFE group then our party afterward.

Join us as we start the weekend off right with some food, fellowship, worship, and teaching. Meet us this Friday, August 13th at the loft at 6pm where we will have dinner ready for you.  Then we will dive into studying the story of the Prodigal Son, with discussion questions and a new perspective on the story.
