Join Standpoint for a night of fall festivities! We'll meet up at Anna's house and head to Derthick's Corn Maze, and after we get lost and find our way again, we'll head back to the house for donuts, cider, a warm fire, and fun games.

The textbooks have been bought, the pencils have been sharpened, and the fall semester already has a few weeks under its belt.  So now that the syllabus shock has worn off, put the books aside for an evening and come to the Standpoint Small Group meeting this Thursday September 15th.  Join us at the Harrington's home in Twinsburg at 7:00pm as we take a look at sharing Christ on your campus.

A day full of Millenium Force, TopThrill Dragster, and much more! 

If we get at least 15 people, tickets will be $33 ($47 regularly).  We can also get drink wristbands for $7 for free drinks all day (that would pay for itself very quickly!).

We'll meet up at the church to carpool together.

Last month's Appictionatchphraseabbleium Night was such a success we have decided to make it a regular occurrence.  Every last Friday of the month we will be at the Loft with a bunch of games, come and join us!

However, this month, April, we will have Game Night on Saturday April 30th.  Join us at the Loft at 7:00pm for some healthy competition! 

...or in other words, Standpoint Game Night.

Join us at the loft on Friday March 25, 2011 at 7:00pm for some healthy competition.  Bring any games along with you to play.

Join us at the Boston Mills/Brandywine Ski Resort for a night of skiing or snowboarding!

Meet us in the ADVISOR Room on the Brandywine side at 8pm and we'll hit the slopes until they kick us out at 2am.  Cost is $28 for a lift ticket and $28 for any equipment rental.  No RSVP needed, just meet us there!

Standpoint small group meeting the first and third Thursdays of the month has moved to a new address.  The Harringtons will now host the small group, still in Twinsburg.  Email rpeteya@parksidechurch.com for the new address.

The holiday season has come and gone... and in a college student's world, it means the spring semester will be fastly approaching.  But along with the daunting reality of returning to classes, there is the relieving thought of Standpoint gearing up as well.

Standpoint LIFE Group will resume Sunday January 9th at 11:15am in room 224.  Join us as we continue to look at First Corinthians.

Then Standpoint Small Group will begin again on Thursday January 20th!

This semester, small group will meet on the first and third Thursdays of the month at Rachel's apartment (email rpeteya@parksidechurch.com for address/directions) to study the Word of God together in a more discussion-oriented environment.

What about the second and fourth Thursdays?  Those are purposefully set apart for you to pursue relationships and share the love of Christ with others.  Take advantage of the evening to spend with friends, co-workers, or family.

A Christmas party with Antawn Jamison, Daniel Gibson, and Coach Byron Scott?

Well, technically they'll be on the court playing some basketball while we're up in the stands cheering them on, but it is Holiday Celebration night at The Q!
