Do you enjoy serving in children's ministry but sometimes feel that you're stuck in a rut or need practical suggestions on how to better manage your classroom or small group? Do you want to know how to be more effective in teaching God's Word to children in age-appropriate ways? Then, join us on October 17 at our "Putting the Pieces Together" children's ministry workshop. Large group sessions and small group break-out sessions will structure our time together. Topics include:
- How to encourage children to memorize Scripture
- How to creatively teach the Bible at age-appropriate levels
- How to manage a classroom or small group in ways that virtually eliminate discipline problems
Each session will be led by individuals who have served or are currently serving in children's ministry and who offer unique insights on the topic they've been asked to lead. The format will be not only informational but also interactive, with the goal of providing tools that can be immediately used in the classrooms and small groups.
Time: Saturday, October 17, 9:00-2:00 pm (lunch provided)
