Mid-Week Life Group
Have you ever walked into Parkside Church and thought, “Wow, what a big place! Is it possible for me to make a big church like this any smaller?” Have you found it challenging to connect with others in genuine and meaningful relationships? Perhaps, you are like others, who have found themselves asking questions like this and hoping for closer relationships resulting in spiritual growth and maturity. Here at Parkside, we recognize the need to make a big place a little smaller and the importance of people connecting with one another to foster gospel relationships for gospel growth. For this reason, we have small groups that meet in local homes midweek twice a month to study the Bible, to pray and to fellowship together. To find a group that meets in your area, click here.
The groups generally meet from Sept-May. All of the groups study the same material. In the 2011-12 year, we will be studying Christianity Explored in the fall and the minor prophet Zechariah in the spring.
The men who lead these groups meet twice a month with the pastor who oversees the ministry. Together they study the material that will be covered during the meeting, pray together for the needs of the groups and address logistics. If you are interested in leading or hosting a group, please use the contact us tab and we will respond.
