Church Directory & Online Giving
Why give online?
Online Giving will help you in several ways. It saves time--fewer checks to write. It helps you stay current--even if you're on vacation or out of town. It helps maintain your record of giving and it's easy to use and easy to cancel.
Who can make payments?
Any individual may make a payment.
What forms of payment can I use?
Presently Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards are accepted. You can also use an electronic draft from a checking or savings account. Please do not give using your credit card if you don’t pay off your balance every month. Please do not go into debt giving any money to this church or any other ministry.
Is online giving secure?
Yes! We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
How will I know if my payment went through?
Once you make your payment, please allow three days for it to appear online in Contribution History. If you do not see your gift listed in Contribution History after three days, then please contact Mark Gifford at 440.708.2151 or email@example.com.
Can I specify recurring contributions?
Yes, you can choose from a variety of options, ranging from quarterly to weekly, or you can even specify particular dates.
How do I receive a record of my offerings?
You have access to your contribution history when you are logged in under the Giving History tab.
Can I designate where my gift goes?
Yes, primarily your tithe will go to the general fund that is dispersed through the oversight of the Elders. Periodically, offerings above your tithe will be made available to designated categories like the building fund, partner ministries and others.
Is online giving biblical?
Online giving lets donors prioritize their finances by allocating a recurring gift as their first expense each month. However, Parkside offers this option as a matter of convenience only and does not encourage the use of credit cards that would lead anyone to carry an interest bearing balance.
